Shot at Thanlyin Myo Ma Market in Thanlyin, Myanmar.
Apparently, it was easy to notice me when I walked around the market. No foreign travelers wandered like me here. Most of the people who came to this market were shoppers and workers. There was no person who just walked without buying or selling.
Watching the articles for sale and people, I hung about. Some people, who noticed me, started to stare at me. Yet not all the people talked to me. They just looked at me from a distance in most cases. I felt that the behavior of the people varied in different countries. If I was in Bangladesh which is a neighboring country of Myanmar, I could be surrounded by the local people soon. And everyone talked to me. By contrast to them, Burmese people seemed not to uncork their curiosity.
The young man in this photo was one of the exceptive people. As he showed his interest, he came to me and stopped in front of me. While smoking, he gazed at me.
