There was a big bell near the entrance of the old quarter. I wondered for what it was used. Anyway, it was covered with the iron bars. So it was not available to ring the bell by anyone who wanted to ring. That was true. It was too noisy to ring at all hours of the day and night.
A man who was wearing a cap called topi and a traditional vest was sitting beside it. He seemed to be waiting for someone coming.
