After I got the feeling of being full, I started to walk around the area. There were a few street lamps and the street was dark. However, there were many eating places and food stalls on the street called Raya Mangga Besar in Jakarta. Therefore, there were well-lighted areas in spots. And it was not scared to walk alone during the night. Yet I didn't know whether this area was safe in the night or not.
Seemingly, it was common to have dinner on the streets like other Southeastern Asian countries. Yet it didn't mean all the eating places were crowded. It might not be a time for dinner. The food stall I came was deserted. Although two men were sitting around the wagon, I could see many unoccupied seats there.
One man sitting near the wagon waited for the dish and the other smoked a cigarette at the table. A lazy atmosphere wafted around the food stall.
