I like to stroll the precinct of Shinto shrines. And I have been to many shrines in Tokyo. Yet this was the first time to come to Igusa Hachman-Gu shrine. It stationed in the residential area and a dense wood was in its precinct. I hear it is the one of the vast sacred groves in Tokyo. When I walked the path between the woods, I felt as if I felt cleansed.
A mother and her two kids were walking ahead me. And the big red gate called 'Roh-Mon' was seen on the other side of them.
