A small silhouette was walking between the palm trees
Tall palm trees lined the beach at Midigama. They were silhouetted, their outlines clearly visible in the sky. Beyond the silhouette was the Indian Ocean. The vast expanse of sky over the Indian Ocean was like a cyclorama.
As I looked down from the sky, I saw a man walking with a child on his back among the silhouettes of palm trees. The weather was bad and it was not a good day for a walk, but he seemed to be walking along the beach alone, perhaps to soothe his child. The man's silhouette was so small that it looked as if it would be crushed by the silhouettes of the tall palm trees around it at any moment.
