The pedestrian crossing was well seen from the pedestrian bridge. The parallel white lines were drawn on the ground. Although they existed very near each other, they never crossed because they were parallel.
During I watched, a woman who put a sunshade up appeared in the scene. She walked lightly and cut across the lines another and yet another. And she didn't seem to care about the balance of the lines. It was not her business.
