I found a small river by the roadside. And two boats were moored in the mouth of the small river. The creak was almost dried up. Maybe it was the time of low tide water. So it was impossible to sail because of the water dosage.
The ocean was distant from where the two boats were moored. They had to wait for the time of high tide to set sail. In no distant future, the river might become swollen with a volume of water. Otherwise, they couldn't go to the sea forever.
