Riding my bicycle around Kohama Island, I came across another pasture. Apparently there are more than 30 pastures on this small island. It seems as if we see far more cattle than we do locals on the island. Perhaps there are more cattle than inhabitants on the island. Livestock farming is an important industry on this island.
Cattle are scattered in the pastureland, grazing happily. Clouds can be seen floating in the distance. It was hard to believe that these carefree cattle knew what the future had in store for them.
