The garden was built by a feudal lord originally and one of the most beautiful historical gardens in Japan. It was granted the highest rank of three stars by the Michelin Guide.
At the time of visiting, the garden was deserted. I could feel the pastoral atmosphere in full measure during I walked around the park. In a corner of the garden, I found two big trees. It seemed to be relaxing under the sun. I thought they also could take things easy when the garden was not crowded.
