Even though it wasn't that big, the dense bamboo forest had a kind of nice taste

It grows in my neighbourhood and I am very familiar with it, but I don't know much about its species. Bamboo is such a plant for me. If the soil is covered with bamboo shoots, I think about how tasty they are. The Forestry Agency's website says that there are an astonishingly large number of species. There are four main types of bamboo, including Madake, Mousouchiku, Hachiku and Medake, and many others, such as Kurochiku and Hoteichiku.

I have encountered bamboo countless times in my life. When I see a bamboo grove on foot, I wonder if the ground is good in this area, and I have also cut off sections of fresh bamboo I bought and enjoyed a lot of flowing noodles. But that's about it. I had never thought about the different types of bamboo. Even after all this time, I am reminded of my low level of bamboo literacy. It was the same at this time. When I looked at the bamboo grove in the Tonogayato Garden in Kokubunji, Tokyo, I thought it was the garden of a wealthy family. I only thought it was picturesque.
