The pine trees were seen through the window

Shot at Ritsurin Garden in Takamatsu, Kagawa.

The house built in this Japanese style garden was also Japanesque. Unlike the architectures in the Western culture, The roof of Japanese traditional architectures is sustained by some pillars. So the walls are not important. The Japanese architecture becomes expansive when the sliding doors are open.

The trees of pine were there on the other side of this Japanese-style house. The inside of the house was walled by the paper screen slide door.
