Lantern Hung Under The Eaves

Lantern hung under eaves

A lantern was seen through the branches

Shot at Ritsurin Garden in Takamatsu, Kagawa.

Some hills were there in spots in this garden. And I climbed on one of the hills. The path I walked was flanked by pine trees. Although the name of this garden means 'Garden of chestnut trees', I couldn't see any such trees also here.

I found a Japanese-style house below my eyes. It was seen between the pine trees. Its sliding paper doors were closed and a lantern was hung at the corner of its roof. I had a deserted feel.
