Many street vendors were side by side of the street. Some of them started to do business already and some of them worked in preparation for opening. Of course, their opening hours couldn't be tightly timed. They came here by twos and threes.
Walking the street, I found a woman coming. She walked while straightening up her back. And a Styrofoam box was put on her head. It was necessary to keep her back vertical not to drop the box. And she walked without supporting with her hands. I saw many people carrying burdens like her in Asian countries. Although I have never seen such people in Japan, it was a common way to carry in many countries.
Looking closer, the box was well-thumbed. She could carry every day. And it was her routine to do.
