People walked in the dimness
The street was dim. Although there were some street lamps, it was not enough to shine light into the whole street. The opposite side of the street was the big wall and the railway track ran on it. No shops were around here.
The atmosphere was lonely. When I walked the street, I found a couple walking the dim road. They were walking at a brisk pace as if they wanted to get out of the dimness as soon as possible.
