The flow of the traffic didn't stop. So the pedestrians couldn't start to cross the street easily. When I came to this crossing, many people kept waiting for their time already. Everybody was standing idly and nobody vocalized.
Beyond expectation, the local people seemed not to run a red light. I thought it was also common to wait for the traffic light to change. Yet a man started to cross the street after a taxi passed by us. Nevertheless, most of them didn't move until the light turned green.
