The Jingu-bashi bridge over the railroad tracks near Harajuku Station is always crowded with people coming and going. Because of the wide sidewalks, street performers are often performing. In contrast, I have never seen the roadway crowded. There is a lot of traffic in this area, but few cars drive on the Jingu-bashi bridge, which is off the main line.
A bicycle appeared on such a roadway. It was riding smoothly and stopped in front of a red light. The man astride the bicycle appeared to be a Westerner wearing sunglasses. The man looked ahead, quietly waiting for the light to change. When the signal changed, the man rode off toward Omotesando.
