There was a ferry landing in the precinct of Wat Arun. And I went abroad a passenger ferry from there. The river water was muddy. I thought the bountiful soil was tided from the upper stream. The ferry crossed the Chao Phraya river in minutes. I came back to Phra Nakhon District, where the Grand Place was located. The plan for the day was almost finished.
I started to walk toward the Khaosan road to eat supper. And I moved along the long wall of the Grand Palace. The spade-like design were lined up on the wall. Meanwhile, I found two silhouettes standing on the opposite side of the street. A school boy and his mother stood under the same sunshade. There was nothing but the wall around them. I wondered why they stood talking there. While I took a side glance, I passed by them at a brisk pace.
