The square called El Hedim was large in area. There were no interruptions of sunlight, but some roofs were built along the long wall at a regular interval. The roofs were decorative and the shape of horseshoe arches was also adopted under the roofs.
I found two men relaxing at one of them. Yet the shadow of the roof fell down on the wall and they couldn't sit in the shade. They were exposed to the strong sun.
