As I was going through the residential area of Bangkok, I emerged into a large street, then I was walking along the main street. Shops were lined up in a row at the side of the street. Most of them seemed to be town factories. But I didn't see any busy people working there, and I didn't hear any noisy machines running around. All I could hear was the sound of cars driving through the streets.
The factory I passed was also quiet. There were large shelves set up on the grounds of the large factory where the steel products were stored. In front of the shelves were several sacks piled up. And several men were sitting on the sacks, relaxing.
They must be the workers of this factory. They might be sitting on the sacks waiting for the delivery truck to arrive. Either way, they were all poised and relaxed. These men did not seem to be working at all in a hurry. If the workers were this relaxed, it was only natural that the entire factory was quiet.
