A woman with a large sack on her head walked up from the other side. The sack was full of weeds and she was holding a sickle in one hand. She was cutting weeds along the side of the road. In a warm country like Bangladesh, the weeds must be cut frequently or they would soon become overgrown.
Behind the woman was a similarly piled-up bag. The woman was carrying these to the collection point as they had accumulated to a certain extent. When I pointed the camera at her, the woman smiled at me as she lifted her sickle.
