The wooden hall is the Hatto. It was built in 1814 and the public ceremonies were held here.
Along its wooden wall, some benches were placed. An old man was sitting on one of them. He was resting there while he was looking toward the left side where the Karamon stood. It was decorated with Gold so the Important Cultural Property stood out. After a short while, he stood and left. He might think it's not the time for resting at leisure.
