The man seemed to be aware of another man standing behind him
The ill-shaven man stood in front of my camera. Although he looked at me straight in the eye, he glanced away after I released the shutter some times. At first, I thought he got shy. Yet it was not true.
He seemed to become curious about another man who stood behind him. Another man shot a penetrating look at my camera. Watching him, I felt as if he got angry that he was not the main subject of the photograph.
