The guy showed me a bracelet that he was selling
There was a shop selling accessories on the side of the road in Kolkata. I often saw these kinds of shops when I walked around the streets. I guess women in India like to wear accessories as much as the rest of the world. The walls of the shop were all shelved and filled with colorful bracelets.
The man in the photo was the owner of this shop. As I stopped to look at the shop, he came over to me. I think these items are for women, but this man seemed to be a hardy merchant and proudly showed me his wares, one after another. By the way, I feel that only men work in accessory shops in India. I thought it would be better for women to sell accessories, since the business is for women, but I wondered if it was true.
