Hammer And Shoe

Shoemaker hammering

The man was a shoemaker

Shot in the city of Batu Pahat, Malaysia.

A young man wearing a cap was working by the roadside. A hammer was in his right hand and a shoe was fastened by his left hand. He was a shoemaker and just repairing there.

Although the job was a craft, it was not necessary to found a shop. Many shoemakers were working by the roadside in Asian countries. Because many people treated shoes carefully and wore out shoes, the shoe repairing could be high-need.
