The shop owner started to smile
When I felt thirsty or hungry in the world which had no convenience stores, I had to go to a general store which was hither and thither in the city. The grinning man in the photo was a storekeeper of a general store.
By the way, I liked an opportunity for human contact at such kind of shops because I could see the response made by the locals who was inexperienced in meeting foreigner. People often broke into a sheepish grin when they saw my SLR camera.
