There is no wedding hall here, although there is a multi-purpose hall that can accommodate a large crowd. But many couples were taking their wedding photo on the rooftop plaza. Osanbashi Pier in Yokohama is a popular photo spot for newlyweds.

Even if you are not dressed up for a big event like a wedding, Osanbashi Pier, which juts out into the sea, is a photo spot where you can face many things. The "King Tower" of the Kanagawa Prefectural Government, the "Queen Tower" of the Yokohama Customs, and the "Jack Tower" of the Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall can all be seen at the same time, as can the buildings of Minatomirai and the Ferris wheel, and the Yokohama Bay Bridge. On clear days, one can even see Mount Fuji from here.

Some people take photos of the view from here, but most of them are couples taking pictures with the view in the background. On the wooden deck on the rooftop, a bride wearing a white wedding dress and a groom wearing a tuxedo posed for pictures.

The groom was kneeling. It seemed to be a staged moment, just at the moment of handing over the wedding ring. Two boys nearby looked on, half in amazement, half in admiration, as the couple continued to change poses and take pictures without getting tired of it.
