Bride Under The Umbrella

Bride under umbrella

The bride was walking under the Japanese umbrella

Shot at Meiji Jingu, a Shinto shrine in Harajuku, Tokyo.

There are several styles of wedding ceremony in Japan. The mainstream is a Japanese wedding ceremony and a Christian-style wedding ceremony.

When you come to this shrine, you can see many couples holding a ceremony in Japanese wedding style. At the time of the shooting, a couple had also a ceremony. The bride who wore a traditional costume was walking under the traditional umbrella. She had a placid look and seemed to be happy.
