A kalesa, a horse-drawn carriage used in the Philippines, was parked in the Mena Crisologo street. And the coachman was sitting in the carriage. Because this street was one of the major tourist attractions in Vigan, he stopped here and waited for the tourist coming.
When I held my camera, he looked back at my camera through its rear window. And something like an identification plate was above its rear window.
By the way, kalesas were still used as one of the public transports.
