Walking along a residential street near Meguro Fudoson in Shimo-Meguro, I came across an old apartment building that still retains the scent of the Showa period (1926-1989). It was a simple apartment, so it might have been company housing for some company. However, recently there are many company housing complexes that do not have the company's name written on the entrance, and since there was no such sign here, I could not tell exactly whether this was the case or not.
This was a five-story building, but the old apartment was not equipped with an elevator. You always had to go up and down the stairs. If I lived on the top floor, it would be difficult to go out everyday.
