The woman seemed to be on the way home from work
A woman was walking while she was putting an umbrella up. Besides, she was carrying a bag in her hand. It was a sunny day. Although there was a foot pavement along the street, she was walking on the moving lane.
She might think it was ill-fitted for her to walk the sidewalk which was on the edge of the street. Because she walked straight while throwing back her shoulders, the automobiles could keep off when they came to her.
