Umbrella Goes To The Lane

Woman walking lane

An umbrella was walking the lane

Shot in the old city of Moulay Idriss, Morocco.

It was raining. The stone-paved lane in the old quarter was wet. A woman wearing a Djellaba walked into the alleyway with an umbrella in her hand.

The streets in the old quarter were narrow and like a labyrinth. I lost my way soon when I started to walk around. Unlike me, the woman in the photo took her route with sure-footedness. Even though it was a maze, she could walk blindfold because there was her household town.
