Head Of The Parade

head of parade

The people started to parade

Shot in the city of Zaachila, Mexico.

The parade was just begun. They left a church and started to walk the streets together. The members of a mariachi were at the head of them while they were playing. The music was echoed. And the boys walking on the stilt were following the musicians. Some boys hid their face with a bandana.

Behind the boys, the ordinary people were there. I wondered what they wanted to express by walking on the stilt.
