Although he looked uncomfortable, the rickshaw wallah was sleeping soundly in the seat of his vehicle
There was a cycle rickshaw parked in a vacant lot. It was not a good place to wait for customers, so I thought it was just a vehicle parked there, but there was a rickshaw driver on the seat. But as I had imagined, there were no passengers waiting. The ricksha wallah was sleeping on the seat.
It didn't look like a comfortable place to sleep, but the man was sound asleep. Pedaling a cycle-rickshaw is hard physical work. He was probably exhausted. But if he was sleeping so soundly, I was worried that he might not notice if a customer came.
