The rickshaw wallah was resting on his vehicle while having his feet on another vehicle
Some rickshaw were parked by the roadside. And a rickshaw wallah, a person who pulled rickshaw, was relaxing on the seat. He took off his sandals and stretched his legs to the other rickshaw's seat and wheel. Although I couldn't see the man's upper body, he could get weak so much.
