I was waiting for the traffic light to change at the crossroads in Harajuku. The road which was an approach of the Meiji Jingu was wide. Like me, many pedestrians were waiting on the opposite side.
Even though no cars were passing, all pedestrians stopped walking and waited. No pedestrians walked during the red traffic signal. We are well-mannered. I thought such behavior might be colored by their nationality.
