Papaya Salad On The Train

Man selling papaya salad

The man started to make a salad in the car

Shot on a circular train route in Yangon, Myanmar.

Like in other Southern Asian countries, I saw many peddlers during getting on a local train. The man in this photo was also a peddler working on the train. He had an excellent tattoo on his arm.

What he sold was peculiar. He was selling made-to-order Papaya Salad there. Someone might order. So he stopped just in front of me. And he started to make. Fresh shredding papaya and some seasoning agents were seen on his tray. He looked like he knew what he was doing. It has been a long time since he started this job.
