The narrow streets were crowded and they might be a nice place to ask for alms. Because there were many people, some people would offer. I thought this was why a Buddhist monk stood there. He had an alms bowl and a long prayer beads in his hand.
In the meantime, a young woman came to him. And she started to offer some money. Like in Japan, the offering was not food. Most of people here were visitors like me. So they didn't have edible things with them.
