Shot in the city of Malda, India.
The man in this photo was working in a food stall and cooking Chow mein. Chow mein is a Chinese term for a dish of stir-fried noodles and also common in Indian Chinese cuisine. I saw many stalls serving it in this country. I never thought that Chinese cuisine has its influence in the Indian cuisine.
On the rack behind him, a metallic container in which flavoring materials were put and many eggs were seen. When I focused on him, he looked at my camera while cooking busily.
