A bicycle with a cart was parked by the roadside. And a man wearing a hat was sitting on the cart. He was just watching the traffic by doing nothing. Sometimes vehicles passed by him. A big signboard lied beyond him.
This country was a socialistic state officially though, capitalism was penetrated in progression. Because the people in Vietnam were fellow humans, they were vibrant with lust, too. And capitalism was a perfect way to go for the jugular vein.
