A man wearing a lungi was squatting on the side of the road in Mymensingh. The place looked like a workshop and he was working there. When I walked by, he had a hammer in his hand and was repairing some parts.
The heat of the day after day seemed to be unbearable not only for me, a foreign stranger but for the locals as well. The man with the hammer in his hand was also working without his upper body. But unlike me, who was sweating as I wandered around the town, he was not sweating at all, at least not with the hammering action. When I pointed my camera at him, he stopped beating with the hammer for a while and gave my camera a glance with a cool face.
