The man was sitting in a corner of the square alone and dangling a big camera around his neck. He was a photographer and seemed to have time to spare. His job was to take photographs of tourists who visited the cathedral with his Polaroid.
However, few tourists asked him for taking pictures. This was why he had a sad facial expression. If cell phone with the camera became much common, he might lose his job completely.
