A train was coming to Galle Railway Station. There was a locomotive at its head. The railway around here was not electrified. So the locomotive was a diesel. And some crewmen were working in the engine room. The railroad in this country was broad gauge.
Looking at the side of the locomotive, I found a plate on which the model number was written. According to it, this locomotive's model number was Class M9, which was built by Alstom, a French multinational company.
