Several three-wheeled cabs lined the side of the road in Villa de Etla. They looked cute, similar to the auto-rickshaws in India and CNGs in Bangladesh. However, cute is not enough to attract customers. The drivers waiting for customers all looked bored. The two drivers in the photo also looked bored, sitting on their seats with their hands folded behind their heads.
On the other side of the cabs, you can see a small phone store. CASETA, by the way, seems to mean "small store" in Spanish. Unfortunately, it was closed.
