The name of this city means 'City of Dolls'. It is said there was a marionette theater and many puppet masters lived in this area. Around the subway station, the entertainment district spreads.
When I walked around the area, I found an old fashioned restaurant. According to its signboard, it serves western food. Yet a Japanese-style shop curtain was hung on the eaves. I felt the compromise between East and West here.
