Cape Kannonzaki is a cape at the southwest end of Ishigaki Island. There are a Chinese graves nearby, which is mentioned in the guidebook, and I thought it would be one of the tourist attractions of the island, but contrary to my expectation, Cape Kannonzaki was deserted. There was no one there when I visited. Not a single person is a bad sign for a tourist attraction, but it's better to see the scenery without other people around. I enjoyed the view to the fullest without being disturbed by anyone.
I couldn't see a single island beyond the sea, just the ocean stretching out endlessly. There were also a lot of white clouds floating above the sea. All of the clouds looked soft. They looked like cotton candy floating in the air.
