I came to Cape Uganzaki. This is the westernmost cape of Ishigaki Island. It was already late afternoon and the sun was setting. It was early. Maybe I wanted to finish my work for the day as soon as possible. The sun was shining brightly on the sea through the clouds. And the surface of the sea was glistening in the sunlight.
As I watched the sun set, I saw small figures in the distance. Silhouetted in the strong sunlight, the figures were walking amicably along the edge of the headland. It was as if they were on their way to disappear with the sun across the sea.
