The cloister in Kibitsu Jinja stretched staright

Shot at Kibitsu Jinja, a Shinto shrine in Okayama city, Okayama.

There was a long cloister which was built in the 16th century in the precinct. Its length was 398m. It was covered by the roof and the wooden pillars stood side by side. It looked like a tunnel. And it was uncommon to see this kind of architectures in the shrine.

I begun to walk from the prayer hall. The cloister stretched straight. And I saw a man walking at the end of the cloister. Everybody in this cloister walked slowly as if everybody enjoyed the ambience.
