Cherry blossoms were displayed in the precinct. They were not planted there and were specially placed. The color of the blossom went best with the precinct where many buildings were painted in red.
On the other side of blossoms, a pagoda reconstructed in 1971 was seen. It was rebuilt after the WWII because it was destroyed in air raids during the war. Although many people were relaxing in the precinct, the bombed came down from the sky during the war.
