Because I wanted to see the rice terraces, I came to this village. Standing on the edge of the village, I watched the spreading terraces. In the meantime, a boy appeared. And he started to climb a tree to arouse my interest. And he looked at me to be photographed while he scratched his head. Without saying a word, I focused on him.
The rice terraces were spreading on the other side of him. This village was on the hill surrounded by the rice paddies. The locals made them in an act of desperation because there were few flatlands in the village. Nevertheless, they can gather in rice two or three times a year apart from Japan.
