Baby Was Blindfolded

Girl blindholding eye of baby which she held

The girl was putting her hand to the baby's face

Shot in the village of Poitan, Philippines.

A bobbed haired girl stood in front of a house in the village. She was holding a baby. Maybe she was on babysitting duty. It was common for children to look after a baby in this area. I saw many kids looking after babies during walking around.

When I focused on her, she looked at my camera. However, she had blinders on eyes of the baby at the same time as if it might not see any foulness. For her, a strange foreigner might be what she shouldn't look at.
